Self Love - Morning Mindfulness & Reflection - February 7, 2026 - 10:30am-12pm - Zen House Yoga, Niagara Falls, ON

Theme: Honouring Ourselves & Self Love.

This morning circle is all about being gentle with ourselves and showing ourselves love and grace.  We will start with Calming our Nervous system with Breathwork, then transition into gentle yoga poses with Jenny, which then flow right into A guided meditation and gentle journaling afterwards.  

So excited to have Jenny offer us her amazing gentle yoga practice within this circle.  An amazing addition to the Self Love theme.  ❤️❤️❤️
