I’m Sabrina, a Spiritual Medium, Intuitive Reiki Master, and Light Worker, Owner of 32 Healing Energies & Spiritual Wellness, where I am devoted to helping others awaken to their inner healing and spiritual truth. I also facilitate Guided Meditation & Journaling Circles — heart-centered gatherings where we pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect. These circles offer a sacred container for release, transformation, and renewal, guiding you gently back to your own wisdom and light.

What is Intuitive Reiki & how is it different from Traditional Reiki?
If you've heard of Reiki, then you might know it as a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and balance.
How Does Reiki Work?
Traditional Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th Century and follows a specific structure. A traditional Reiki Practitioner is attuned through lineage, follows hand positions and often uses symbols and mantra's to direct energy. Reiki is a beautiful & effective practice rooted in discipline & ritual.
How does Intuitive Reiki Work?
Intuitive Reiki builds on the foundation of traditional Reiki, but leans more into the Practitioner's intuition. Instead of following a fixed sequence of hand positions or techniques, I listen to the body's energy & surrounding aura and am guided to where healing is needed most. This Means spending more time on one area than another, receiving visual or emotional impressions and images from Spirit and integrating other healing modalities based on intuitive guidance.
